 What we are praying for:

Please loving God, pour out your Spirit over this city and give everyone the chance to open their hearts to you.

Please, God, keep our celebrations in the Church and Wellesley Village safe from those who would do harm and from accidents that could occur. May this be a joyful time when your love is shared.

May those who attend feel your love and see your light.

God, please help those who are confused about their identity and purpose. May they come to understand who they are, and what part you have in their lives. May those who are alone and those who are lonely find family among friends to help them and protect them.

God, help all those who are part of this Community all over the world who are experiencing persecution. Help those in danger to find a safe place to live, and we pray for strength and protection for those who cannot escape. We pray dear God, bring peace for this Community all over the world in every nation. Help us to achieve peace for everyone.

What we are praying for:

God, help those who are suffering all over the world. Help those in danger from war or persecution to find safety and provide for them their needs for food, shelter and the medical care they need.

God, help all nations to find peace within themselves, and with each other. Help us to establish fairness and equality between every being. Help each country to find ways to help their poor, heal the environment and stop violence. 

God, help our government to be fair to the first nations and make sure they are properly provided for.

God, bring healing to our health care system, keep our hospitals safe, and may everyone get the help they need including the health care workers.

God, help us to keep all neighbourhoods safe and vibrant throughout our city. 

Thank you our loving, kind and merciful Father.

It's been a looooong Winter!!

 God, restore our faith, restore our hope, give us a hunger for your voice and the strength to follow what you say. God, you are humbling every nation. Fill our hearts with the desire to seek you and ask for your help. No one comes to you except your Spirit draw them. Draw us to you, Lord and bring us back to wholeness where we keep your ways and love one another. 

God, bring peace between our nations, stop the evil that is persecuting minorities and trying to eliminate peoples belonging in the family of mankind on this planet! Return the power to those who are faithful to use it for the good of all!

February 2026, Love Thy Neighbour!

 

 We are here to love! The best way we can experience newness of life in the new year is to love others. As we give it away to others through our actions and what we say, love will heal us and flow through us to bring healing to those around us. 

1 John 4:7. Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God.

 

The magic is in you to love!!

Help us to choose love as our guide and let it bring healing to our souls, our lives.

God watch over and protect all the couples in our city who have bonded and wish to have a home together. Protect their relationship, their family and possessions. May they have the love, respect and fellowship with family, friends and neighbours they need and deserve. Help them to be true to each other for life and turn to you when life gets tough.

 

God, help our world leaders to serve in their positions with honour and righteousness. Help all governments to strive for peace and help them to solve the problems of climate change, disease, addiction and poverty.

Christmas 2025!

 Keep your childlike wonder of creation and love for those around you!  

We are light! Keep showing the way in a dark world by your deeds of kindness to others!

Ephesians 5:8-10. For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light (for the fruit of the light consists in all goodness, righteousness and truth) and find out what pleases the Lord.  

Matthew 5:16. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.

 

Jesus came to show us how to live with love to one another.

He was the light shining in the darkness, drawing all people to himself to know the light and walk in it! 

John 8:12. When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”

 Isn't true spirituality to love others and give of your time to help
others living on the planet? 

We were all born out of love. That is what we are and that should always be our motivation and intention in everything we do. Remember, it's not our battle to fight. We must overcome evil by doing good!

Romans 12:21. Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

What we are praying for:

God, forgive our selfishness and help us to live together in peace, each and every home, community, town, city, province, state and country! Lead people's hearts every where to seek you that you may fill them with your presence, and your love, so that they may know that you are real and are loving! Help us to be loving like you!

 

God, be with all those who are trapped by war or by natural disaster. Comfort and strengthen them. Save and heal them. May those displaced find refuge. May those trapped under debris be rescued quickly and safely.

God, move the hearts of the nations' leaders to seek peace with other nations and to stop all fighting. May they tend to their poor and sick and may they attend to the betterment of mankind.

God, help us to be good neighbours and reach those around us with your love!
