Happy New Year 2026!

 

Keep celebrating life every day!

 

God hears all our desires, our hopes for the future, our dreams, our thoughts about our most basic needs, our concerns about our well being and our cares for those around us. He looks at those as prayers and cares for us!

Know that you are loved! Mathew 5:5. And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.

What we are praying for:

 

 God, we pray that this New Year people everywhere will experience your love, your peace, and that they will have the inspiration, the resources, the courage and the strength to start their lives anew! We pray that they will not be afraid to let go of the things they have outgrown and start new ways of looking at their world and new ways of doing things. 

 

God, help our world leaders to serve in their positions with honour and righteousness. Help all governments to strive for peace and help them to solve the problems of climate change, disease, addiction and poverty.

 

Help all who are caught in an area where there is war and grant them their needs and a peaceful place to live. 

 

God, please pour out your Spirit. Fill us with your love that we may know you!

Christmas 2025!

 Keep your childlike wonder of creation and love for those around you!  

We are light! Keep showing the way in a dark world by your deeds of kindness to others!

Ephesians 5:8-10. For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light (for the fruit of the light consists in all goodness, righteousness and truth) and find out what pleases the Lord.  

Matthew 5:16. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.

 

Jesus came to show us how to live with love to one another.

He was the light shining in the darkness, drawing all people to himself to know the light and walk in it! 

John 8:12. When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”

 Isn't true spirituality to love others and give of your time to help
others living on the planet? 

We were all born out of love. That is what we are and that should always be our motivation and intention in everything we do. Remember, it's not our battle to fight. We must overcome evil by doing good!

Romans 12:21. Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

What we are praying for:

God, forgive our selfishness and help us to live together in peace, each and every home, community, town, city, province, state and country! Lead people's hearts every where to seek you that you may fill them with your presence, and your love, so that they may know that you are real and are loving! Help us to be loving like you!

 

God, be with all those who are trapped by war or by natural disaster. Comfort and strengthen them. Save and heal them. May those displaced find refuge. May those trapped under debris be rescued quickly and safely.

God, move the hearts of the nations' leaders to seek peace with other nations and to stop all fighting. May they tend to their poor and sick and may they attend to the betterment of mankind.

God, help us to be good neighbours and reach those around us with your love!
